Frequently asked questions

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap Forgot password and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app and go to Settings → Delete Account, or visit booqly.pro/delete-account. All your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

I'm not receiving appointment reminders

• Check that notifications are enabled in Settings → Notifications
• Make sure system notifications are allowed for Booqly in your device settings
• Verify the appointment has a valid date and time in the future

Is Booqly free?

Yes — Booqly is currently free with no trial period and no ads.
