Booqly (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is a scheduling and business management application for independent professionals. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

We collect only the data that is necessary to provide the service:

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or sell it to third parties. We do not display ads in the app.
All data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL database hosted on AWS infrastructure in the EU region). Access to your data is protected by Row Level Security — each user can only access their own data. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
Uploaded images (profile photos, salon logos, client photos) are stored in Supabase Storage with private access controls.

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data (profile, clients, appointments, financial records, and uploaded files) is permanently deleted within 30 days.

Booqly is intended for use by adults and professional service providers only. We do not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
